It is for the love of my dogs that I have chosen to create these 'one of a kind' memorials.

For over 30 years I have had Scottish Terriers.  Early on we moved around quite a bit, forcing us to leave our adored Scotties' remains behind.  
Aside from keeping an urn or box on the shelf, I needed to find another way to keep my beloved pet's remains near.

As an artist, I have worked in glass for as long as I have had Scotties.  Shortly after Duncan died, an idea came to me, to float his ashes in layers of fine Italian glass.  I feel Duncan led me to create the "Remembering".

The "Remembering"Bead has provided me with a small remembrance of my Scotties. 
 
It is something that I can still 
touch and hold.
